Client Services Manager - Key Account Manager (Agriculture)

Are you passionate about building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional service?

We’re looking for a Client Services Manager – Key Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key Agricultural clients and help them achieve their goals while expanding existing key accounts, delivering technical information and driving new business growth.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage day-to-day client needs while supporting their long-term strategic objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
  • Work closely with the wider Agriculture team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities, growing existing accounts and securing new business
  • Develop and implement key account management plans
  • Represent our brand at industry events, conferences, and client visits, sharing technical knowledge and insights in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing, technical service, laboratory, sales, or quality role
  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry; a knack for building rapport and turning it into trusted relationships
  • Proven ability to upsell and manage sales pipelines and deliver technical information to clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including patience,empathy and collaboration

Education:

  • A degree in Business, Communication, or Science is advantageous, but not essential.
