Are you ready to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team delivering a new area of testing for Hill Labs? 

This is an exciting opportunity - We’re seeking motivated and experienced Technician’s to work in our newly established Raw Milk Testing team based in Hamilton. 

What you’ll do 

Testing covered by technicians will include composition, bacterial quality, inhibitory substances, foreign matter, and senses. Technicians will also be responsible for receipting and sorting samples. 

You will report directly to the Team Leader for Raw Milk testing. 

What you’ll bring 

• Previous experience in raw milk testing is an advantage. 
• Sound experience of technical laboratory processes. 
• Excellent operational focus with attention to time management, prioritisation and work allocation to achieve the required KPI’s. 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills. 
• Team players who can work collaboratively and create a good working relationship with other staff in the team and across the business. 
• Actively contributes to and supports change initiatives. 
  

The successful candidate will have a proven history of high personal and professional work standards in a laboratory environment with ideally a minimum of two years previous laboratory experience in the areas detailed above. Weekend availability is preferred.
