Hill Labs is one of the largest commercial laboratories in New Zealand. We have a great opportunity to join our Dispatch team in a permanent role, based in Christchurch.

This role offers you excellent variety and is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Candidates with experience in logistics and dispatch are preferred; however, full training will be given.

Key Focus:

• Preparing complex sampling kits for delivery/customer collection
• Liaising with our courier service, customers and Client Services Managers
• Receiving/storing inwards goods
• Monitoring stock levels/restocking when required
• Warehouse inventory management (includes forklift use)
• Collecting samples from key clients as a part of our in-house courier service
  

Please note: Some lifting is required in this role

The ideal candidate will have the following –

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to think on your feet, multitask and prioritise a range of different tasks and deadlines
• Great communication skills, verbally and written
• Ability to learn new processes quickly
• Strong focus on customer service
• Ability to work within a small team, but also autonomously
• Basic Word & Excel skills
• Must have a Full NZ Driver's License
